You will be responsible for:

Planning and organizing the efficient work of wheeled machinery, transporters and crane engineers;
Completion and storage of technical documentation;
Budgetary control of the repair funds fund;
Creation and implementation of equipment renewal/modernization plans;
Optimizing the processes of the technical department.

You have a higher engineering education, you are able to read technical documentation;
You have experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment or other equipment;
You know process improvement and project management methodologies and tools;
You have work experience in implementing process analysis, optimization and development projects in companies (a manufacturing company would be an advantage);
You think analytically, you have excellent planning and management skills, you are result-oriented;
You speak Lithuanian and English well.
