What will you be responsible for:
- Program and project coordination. Lead the Data Management Maturity Program DAMAMA to implement Data Management Maturity Level 3 (according to CMMI DMM) LB, ensuring capabilities to quickly and securely discover, access, share, integrate and analyze data. Responsible for proper program management and quality results, proper achievement of all set goals and objectives, risk management. To plan and coordinate the work of the DAMAMA program, to solve the interdependencies and connections of the subordinating projects of the DAMAMA program, to ensure the integrity, consistency and compliance of the tasks and decisions with the strategic and organizational goals of the LB.
- Organization and control of program and project implementation. Prepare plans and tasks for achieving the goals of the DAMAMA program, submit reports to the Project Group, the project curator and owners of the DAMAMA program, prepare project materials and proposals for solutions for the Project Committee, DAMAMA management group meetings. Ensure compliance with program plans, scope and schedules, analyze bottlenecks and seek solutions, provide recommendations on a more efficient path towards the desired results and strategic changes.
- Coordination of program resources. Aim for the optimal composition of the program and project team necessary to achieve the goals and objectives. Form the DAMAMA program team from internal and external resources, coordinate resource needs, accounts, sharing between projects and with LB departments, resolve conflicts and problems, identify needs and organize the involvement of external service providers for the common benefit of the program.
- Communication and its management. Consult and communicate on DAMAMA program issues with interested groups in LB, represent the program in internal and external work, expert and task groups, meetings with market participants. Prepare DAMAMA program and project communication plans, organize their implementation.
- IT procurement execution and supplier management. In accordance with the documents governing public procurement, prepare or coordinate the preparation of IT procurement requirements, control the timely submission of IT procurement requirements, so that the services and works required for the program and projects are procured on time. Coordinate communication with external suppliers and consultants, participate in meetings, prepare service regulation documents.
What we expect from you:
- Higher Education;
- knowledge and practical application experience of project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, IPMA, AGILE, etc.);
- at least 5 years of experience in project management or management/organization of activities;
- at least 2 years of experience in being responsible for managing programs or complex projects in a large organization;
- experience working with external IT service providers;
- experience in managing changes in the organization;
- strong communication, cooperation and negotiation skills;
- leadership, strategic thinking, strong orientation towards the result, initiative;
- the ability to fluently convey ideas orally and in writing in Lithuanian and English.
- Advantages:
- P3O, PMBOK, PRINCE2, IPMA, AGILE or others. certificate;
- knowledge of JIRA tools;
- experience in public procurement.
Other information:
- project work contract until 2025 in June 1 day;
- the amount of the salary depends on the available competences and work experience. DU interval: 3792 - 5688 Eur (gross);
