In accordance with the rules of the European Central Bank, the good risk management practices of other countries' central banks, it prepares and manages the structure of risk management and business continuity, strengthening the functions of the second line of defense. Performing these functions directly contributes to increasing the resilience of the Bank of Lithuania.

What will you be responsible for:
- you will formulate the operational risk and business continuity management policy, prepare documents, carry out control and management;
- you will administer and adapt the IT tool for risk management to organizational changes;
- you will make proposals on operational risk management, initiate and coordinate changes in business continuity management, perform situation analysis and lead the implementation of changes;
- you will analyze disturbances, incidents, coordinate the preparation of risk reduction measures, monitor and control the implementation;
- you will cooperate with internal and external representatives of the organization on issues related to risk management and business continuity management;
- you will carry out monitoring of the strategic and operational operational context through risk indicators, draw up conclusions and make proposals for operational improvement;
- you will provide methodological support and consultations to other departments of the Bank;
- you will expand the risk management methods used in the organization and increase maturity in the areas of operational risk and operational continuity;
- you will represent the organization in the ECB and other international formats in matters of operational risk, operational continuity, organizational resilience.
What we expect from you:
- higher university education in economics, law, mathematics, statistics, information technology or business management;
- experience working with high-level managers;
- 3 years of experience in risk management, business continuity management, organizational resilience, crisis management coordination, internal audit and knowledge of these areas;
- experience of working with document management systems, process automation tools or other database administration and large-scale information analysis and systematization;
- flexibility, ability to identify priorities when working with many tasks (deadline management);
- fluent teaching of thoughts orally and in writing in Lithuanian and English, public speaking skills;
- orientation to results, creativity and initiative, ability to work in a team and independently.
Other information:
- the amount of salary depends on available competences and work experience. DU range: 3792 - 5214 Eur (gross).
