CHIEF LAWYER

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Energy Law team. In this position, you would contribute to the development of the field of financial law with your expert competences - you would advise group companies on financial law issues, coordinate and manage the Group's financing projects and transactions, including with a foreign element. Contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Consulting on legal issues of financial law, project financing and financing instruments, including with an international element;
• Participating in financing projects, managing legal issues and related processes;
• By directly participating in business projects, negotiations with potential and existing financiers, business partners, their representatives, ensuring the management of business and legal risks;
• Preparing and coordinating financing transactions (of any kind) and related documentation projects, other documents;
• Communicating with legal and other advisors, project team and business colleagues, interested in legal issues of project development;
• Participating in the business projects of the Group's companies, managing legal risks and ensuring compliance of the activities of the Group's energy companies with legal acts.

• Higher university legal education (master's degree or higher);
• At least 5 years of legal work experience;
• At least 2 years of experience in financing and/or acquisitions and mergers (M&A) transactions;
• Ability to solve complex legal issues, combine different expectations, good negotiation and coordination skills;
• Very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian (oral and written).

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 3,812 and EUR 5,718 (excluding tax). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
