ARE YOU READY TO?
- Perform receiving, inspection and binning of daily material/parts deliveries to the warehouse;
- Ensure that parts/materials are properly stored, segregated, labeled and compliant with the current Shelf Life Programs and hazardous materials storage guidelines;
- Prepare proper shipping documentation for domestic and international carriers;
- Ensure that all parts and materials have the appropriate paperwork in accordance with the company procedures;
- Coordinate with procurement/repair team about incoming/outgoing materials on a daily basis;
- Plan layout of stockroom, warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight and related factors of items stored;
- Follow and maintain established company procedures;
- Perform annual inventory checks of dedicated warehouses.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
- B category driving license;
- Ability to work under pressure and follow strict deadlines;
- Attention to details;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
- University degree in aviation or relevant field and/or work experience in aviation organization would be considered an advantage.
