As a Work Safety and Wellbeing Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Conduct assessments, design, and implement diverse wellbeing initiatives tailored to our workforce's needs, collaborating with other HR colleagues to effectively plan and execute wellbeing programs.
- Conduct safety inspections across all work sites, preparing and maintaining safety documents and compliance reports, identifying, and recommending corrective actions.
- Represent the company during state inspections, ensuring all safety protocols are updated and accessible, and addressing and resolving any compliance issues raised during inspections.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, developing and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence, and documenting findings and corrective actions taken.
- Organize regular health checks for employees, scheduling and managing flu vaccination programs, and maintaining records of medical examinations and health screenings.
- Develop and deliver formal safety training for staff and safety committee members.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations, conducting audits to verify adherence to legal standards, and advising management on changes in legislation and their impact on operations.
- Continuously assess the risks related to the activities of the company, coordinate the implementation of risk management measures, and enforce preventative measures.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Higher education and Health and safety specialist certification (issued in Lithuania).
- First aid certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience with developing and maintaining Occupational Safety and Health system.
- Good time management & prioritization skills.
- Curiosity to explore new solutions and ways of working.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Analytical skills and ability to handle complex information.
- Great communication skills and fluency in English, and Lithuanian.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2400 - 3600 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
