We are currently seeking for a talented: Workplace Experience Manager to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

• Global Office Management: Support the opening of new offices worldwide by assisting in site selection, setup, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Plan and oversee office renovations and relocations to enhance workspace functionality. Addressing the needs of existing offices, ensuring that staff have appropriate working conditions.
• Culture Leadership: Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing small gatherings, events, and activities to boost employee morale and team spirit.
• Team Leadership: Lead the courier and office administrators teams worldwide, evaluate the need for additional positions, and optimize document flow efficiency. Supervise housekeeping staff and contractors to maintain standards in all facilities.
• System & Process Improvement: Lead the transition from existing document registration systems to new solutions for improved efficiency and accuracy. Address parking and seating arrangements in existing offices to optimize space utilization and employee comfort.
• Vendor & Resource Management: Negotiate with partners, such as coffee, fruit, and catering services, and handle office furniture procurement, maintenance, and repairs, overseeing the implementation of office layout changes.
• Business Trip Process Management: Ensure efficient business travel processes, whether managed in-house or through partners, by overseeing the selection and coordination of travel partners and administrators.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for facilities and workplace experience activities, ensuring cost control and effective allocation of resources.

We value your:

• Experience: Proven experience in facility management, office administration, or related roles, preferably in a multinational environment with different office locations.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least good proficiency in Russian.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing facility-related issues.
• Project Management: Proficiency in leading complex projects.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally for short periods as needed (not mandatory).

We offer:

Base monthly salary: 3320€-4110 € (before tax). The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
