Project manager for critical business clients

In recent years, the business sector has been the priority direction of the company, and growth has also determined the need for a strong team - we are currently looking for a project manager for particularly important business clients in Vilnius, who will be entrusted with the responsibilities of attracting clients and building long-term relationships. You will play a key role in initiating, negotiating and closing sales projects with particularly important business clients, you will have a direct impact on business results. You know business processes and are able to give business partner advice, you are an energetic and particularly result-oriented sales professional - let's get to know each other!

You will be responsible for:

• attracting new customers, developing the negotiation process and establishing long-term relationships with customers;
• creation of innovative, customer-oriented solutions;
• planning and management of the sales project process in order to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of products, services and solutions;
• advising clients on best practices and technological solutions in the market.

To be successful, you will need:

• 2 years successful experience in business sales to large companies and the results that prove it (experience in the field of telecommunications is an advantage);
• experience in preparing proposals for clients: ability to analyze data, identify possible risks and benefits;
• experience in selling solutions and delving into the processes of different businesses (advantage);
• excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• a sense of comfort when working in an extremely dynamic position and at a high pace;
• good oral and written knowledge of the English language;
• you will need your own car for work (under conditions of use).

Salary from 2400 EUR to 3100 EUR (excluding taxes), plus bonuses depending on results. Salary will be discussed with you and will depend on your knowledge and skills.
