TECHNICAL SUPERVISION MANAGER OF SPECIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

At the moment, as we are strengthening the team, we are inviting a SPECIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER to join the Sweco community!

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• You will check that the construction works are carried out according to the construction project of the structure
  
• You will control the quality of construction products and equipment used during construction
  
• You will control the technology and consistency of construction works
  
• You will check the quality of the construction works and the actual quantities of the works
  
• You will carry out the technical supervision of the general and special works of building construction in accordance with STR 1.06.01: 2016
  
• You will provide reports on the progress of the project

EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE

• Higher engineering education
  
• 3 - 7 years of experience in technical maintenance of construction works
  
• Certificates of the technical maintenance manager of the construction of a special structure / the manager of special construction works of a special structure and the technical maintenance manager of special construction works of a special structure
  
• English language skills
  
• Driver's license
  
• Personal qualities: openness to change, proactivity, involvement, cooperation, ability to work in a team
