Nature of work

We are looking for a member of the management team who has experience in supply chain management, is enterprising and has a constant interest in efficient management and technology in the field of warehousing, and of course a proactive attitude to make it all happen.

The main responsibilities that would fall to:

Management of raw materials and production balances, organization of periodic inventories;
Drawing up, harmonizing and coordinating the execution of a plan for the delivery of products to customers;
Organization of unloading of incoming raw materials;
Organization of product loading for customers;
Management of cargo documentation and proper accounting;
Efficient work organization of forklift drivers working in the warehouse (5 employees);
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse and factory territory;
Implementation of Lean management methods together with your team;
Organization of activities by setting goals, setting measurement indicators, monitoring them and providing more effective solutions.

Employee requirements

Higher Education;
Very good English speaking skills;
3-5 years of similar work experience, with the ability to substantiate it with positive results;
Experience in organizing team work and developing it;
Excellent computer literacy skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Ppoint);
Ability to set goals for yourself and your team, set measurement indicators and monitor progress;
Personal qualities: strategic and logical thinking, responsibility and goal pursuit.
