Our company - UAB "R&R Ideas" - was founded in 2010. We were the first in the Baltic countries to start processing polystyrene foam (foam) waste and to produce pellets from it for business customers.
We are growing, expanding our activities not only in the Baltic countries, but also throughout Europe. Today, we work with the largest EU foam waste collectors and suppliers and participate in the EU foam circular economy. Our goal is 100% recycled foam.
The mission is serious, so we are strengthening our team and invite a COMMERCIAL MANAGER to join.

You will be responsible for:
Development of used foam collection in Europe.
Searching for new clients, negotiations, signing contracts.
Maintaining business relations and ensuring long-term cooperation with existing clients.
Supplying the production bar with foam raw material - supply planning and organization.
Education and counseling of foam packaging users on how to correctly collect, sort and recycle foam.

Skills and experience:
Management work experience (successful experience in sales, supply or logistics would be a strong advantage).
Good English (Russian, German, Polish or other languages would be an advantage).
Computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Teams.

Depends on experience. We are open to both candidates without experience with a "salesman" streak and professionals in our field.
