Your working day:
- Customer service by phone and e-mail;
- Registration of events by phone;
- Consulting clients on insurance payments, damage regulation, and administration issues;
- Management of electronic documentation (claims files) of clients;
- Cooperation with other departments of the company in finding solutions for the client;
- Lots of new knowledge or personal development.
What we expect:
- Higher/higher education (can be a student);
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Correct Lithuanian language (oral and written);
- Optimism, initiative, activity;
- Customer orientation, striving to be the best in one's field;
- Willingness to learn and improve;
- Do not be afraid to make mistakes and thus become a specialist in your field.
