👉 You will be responsible for:
- Timely verification of information provided in incoming claims file documents
- Assessment of insurance events, decision-making
- Collection of necessary information and documents necessary to determine the circumstances of the event
- Investigation of the circumstances of the relevant event
- Direct communication with customers
- Participation in creating and improving claims regulation processes
👉 Important requirements for this position:
- Experience in insurance is a plus
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
- Knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage
- Legal knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of Audatex (or other damage assessment software) is a plus
- Driver's license
