What will your working day look like?
- You will work in the Customer Service Center
- Self-administer assigned damage to transport, property, animals
- I consult clients over the phone regarding the use of self-service
- I register some customer claims by phone
- You will make decisions regarding the payment of the insurance benefit
- You will examine customer proposals, requests, complaints

- Higher education (technical)
- Customer service skills (phone advantage)
- Technical knowledge of vehicles, movable and immovable property
- Excellent communication, cooperation, teamwork skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office and other matters)
- Learn at least one foreign language
