Human Resources Specialist

The Tele2 Personnel team is looking for a Human Resources specialist, to whom we will entrust extremely responsible work - administration of personnel documents, ensuring processes and consulting managers on all current issues of labor relations. Interesting? Sign in!

We hope you will be interested in:

• properly and timely formalize the employment relations of employees, ensuring the requirements established in the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hiring, dismissals, changes to employment contracts);
• implement structural changes and ensure relevant information in personnel administration and accounting systems;
• advise managers on labor relations and other personnel administrative issues;
• maintain and, if necessary, update personnel documentation.

To be successful, you will need:

• at least 2 years of experience in the field of labor relations administration;
• knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and constant monitoring of changes in labor law;
• organization and the ability to do several jobs at the same time, taking into account priorities;
• diligence and attention to detail;
• excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

Employment contract - fixed term. Basic salary from 2,400 to 3,100 EUR before taxes, plus bonuses for the results achieved and a basket of additional benefits (salary will be discussed with you and will depend on available knowledge and skills). Additional benefits:
