HR Development Specialist at the Head Office

You will create and improve human resources management processes.
You will prepare measures for improving the organizational culture and microclimate, and you will contribute to their application.
You will conduct interviews with employees after the probationary period and after half a year of work at the institution.
You will create and implement internal communication in the institution.
You will participate in the process of developing and improving employees' competencies.
You will administer personnel management processes (recruitment, onboarding, etc.) and prepare personnel documentation.

You have obtained a higher (university or non-university) education in social sciences.
You have at least 1 year of work experience related to direct work.
You have excellent communication and communication skills, you are empathetic.
You know MS Office programs well and work with them.
You know English at a level not lower than B1 (advantage).
You have a driving license (advantage).
You are able to work in a team and plan your work independently.
