You will be responsible for:
  • improvement and efficiency of human resources coordination processes, coordination of processes with related departments;
  • planning and management of human resources in order to ensure optimal rotation of employees in facilities and their efficient distribution in individual markets;
  • analysis of the need for human resources, participation in candidate selection and testing, employee adaptation processes;
  • assessment of the qualifications, experience and abilities of employees in order to properly assign them to different projects and tasks;
  • management of certificates and certificates required by employees according to the requirements and specifics of individual markets and projects;
  • work with external service providers (travel tickets, accommodation, etc.), concluding and administering long-term cooperation agreements.

We hope you:

  • Experience in the field of human resources management, preferably in the construction sector;
  • Experience working with foreign projects is an advantage;
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, quick reactions;
  • Motivations for constant improvement;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • English, Russian (not lower than B2 level both orally and in writing).
