Nature of work:
- Management of the employee engagement process (from assessment to strategy implementation);
- Competence model management;
- Implementation of the performance evaluation process;
- Development of talent management, shift and career planning processes;
- Implementation of organizational culture projects, integration of values in daily activities of employees;
- Participating in the development and implementation of the Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (in human resource management, organizational psychology or similar fields - an advantage);
- You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- You have experience working with "Soft" human resources projects;
- You have excellent communication, cooperation and leadership skills;
- You have very good working skills in MS Word and MS Excel programs;
- You love what you do, you are able to inspire employees with your example and positivity;
- You have a driver's license.
