- UAB „Nordic Metrology Science“
Your responsibilities will be:
- Administer and prepare personnel documents related to employee recruitment, dismissal, preparation of orders, etc.
- Organize and carry out employee recruitment, search and selection processes, according to the needs of the company.
- Search for the most suitable and latest solutions in the employee selection process, make suggestions for improving the selection process (new search channels, career days, etc.).
- Monitor the labor market, analyze changes and provide related information and reports to the direct manager.
- Coordinate and ensure a smooth process of introduction and adaptation of new employees.
- Administering and ensuring employee fringe benefits.
- Coordinate and administer training for all employees of the company's departments.
- Support and create an internal career plan in the company.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of company events, meetings.
- Represent the company in meetings with candidates, clients, partners, etc.

- You have experience in personnel management, selection process (at least 1 year);
- You have excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, etc.);
