Nature of work

We are inviting a manager to join the People and Culture Department in Vilnius, who would be responsible for the administration of employee labor relations, comprehensive consultation on various issues related to labor relations, and organization of training in assigned areas.

  • management of the administration of labor relations in accordance with the valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania (employment, formalization of the termination of employment relations, preparation of various documents related to the administration of labor relations);
  • work and rest time accounting (including the administration of total working time accounting);
  • updating and control of internal procedures related to labor relations in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • collective agreement administration, supervision;
  • organization of training and certification of energy workers and construction specialists, administration of internal registers, coordination of assigned training areas and projects;
  • management of other projects related to the development, education and organizational culture of personnel administration.

Employee requirements

  • higher university education;
  • at least 2 years of experience in the field of personnel administration (in a large company - an advantage);
  • experience in using the personnel management and administration system (experience working in Paskat would be an advantage);
  • knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • very good computer skills (MS Office);
  • responsibility, diligence, initiative, teamwork;
  • ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
