Active search for potential candidates (headhunting using Linkedin and other databases)
Analysis of the labor market and making related proposals to managers
Accounting of personnel data and documents (admission, dismissal, leave, employment contract conclusion, change, termination procedures)
Consulting managers and employees on personnel management issues
Strengthening employee engagement, organizing events (initiatives) for company employees
Cultivation of the company's internal culture
