What will YOU take care of?

• Maintaining and developing annual interviews and 1:1 culture
• Improving the organizational structure
• Employee loyalty programs
• Management of organizational changes
• Engagement research
• Employee training
• Promoting diversity and inclusion

What do we expect?

• At least 2 years of experience in HR
• Information systematization skills, logical-analytical thinking, broad approach to data analytics, ability to qualitatively visualize and communicate insights
• Higher/higher education
• Experience of implemented projects and working with managers
• Excellent communication skills, speed, flexibility, creativity and positivity :)
