Nature of work
- Patient registration and visit control;
- Customer consultation by phone, answering electronic requests;
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service;
- Ensuring smooth operation of the clinic and maintenance of general order;
- Cash and bank card transactions (working with the cash register);
- Achieving set goals;
- Preparation of reports;
- Working on a flexible schedule, as well as 2 working Saturdays per month;
- Other administrative work.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education;
- 2 years of administrative work experience in the field of medicine, health or beauty;
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, knowledge of etiquette;
- Experience in sales, ability to properly and attractively present a product, service or procedure;
- Basic knowledge of clerical, office administration, accounting, good computer skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, English - good (oral and written), Russian - an advantage;
- Good work time planning skills, ability to react quickly in stressful situations;
- Diligence and attention to details, responsibility;
- Helpfulness, punctuality, positivity, presentable appearance.
