What is this job position about?
What is this job position about?
- Organization and control of movement, registration and storage of internal and external documents of the company;
- Office maintenance and timely forecasting and ordering of the need for stationery and goods necessary for the department;
- Preparation of various types of company documents: letters, requests and orders;
- Provision of primary information, administration of received/sent correspondence, e-mail. letters, tel. call flow management;
- Creation and nurturing of office culture and microclimate;
- Assistance to managers and help to team members in all departments of the company;
- Preparation of documents regulating the internal procedure, which form the basis of effective operations.
What is our future colleague capable of?
- Administrator's work experience;
- Document preparation skills;
- Impeccable Lithuanian language (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Attention to detail, thoroughness;
- Fluent communication, knowledge of clerical rules;
- Quick orientation, ability to plan time and manage large flows of information;
- Skills of working with MS office package.
