- Compilation and presentation of budgets for finishing works to the management;
- organization and control of the work of 6 finishing workers;
- Search and supervision of contractors;
- Ordering of construction materials and organization of supply to objects.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of quality requirements for finishing works;
- Experience in finishing and maintenance;
- Engineering education (civil engineering - an advantage);
- Results orientation, responsibility, organizational skills.
