Selection Specialist

The HR team invites an experienced Selection Specialist to join, who will be responsible for the selections taking place in the business sales, customer service and administration departments. We hope you will be interested in:

• to ensure a smooth process of coordination and implementation of selections in business sales and customer service departments;
• to help the managers to select the necessary team members in the administration departments, assessing professional and personal competences;
• ensure that the communication of open positions reaches the right candidates through the most appropriate channels;
• organize and conduct telephone, individual interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates, provide feedback;
• to develop the competencies of managers in the field of personnel selection.

To be successful, you will need:

• 3 years of experience in planning and fully implementing selection projects;
• proactivity in finding simple solutions, clear priorities and speed in their implementation;
• openness and ability to work with different people;
• speed and flexibility when working in a highly dynamic organization;
• excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (oral and written).

The employment contract is fixed-term. Basic salary from 2400 to 3100 EUR before taxes, plus bonuses for the results achieved and a basket of additional benefits (salary will be discussed with you and will depend on your knowledge and skills). Additional benefits:
