The company provides various services in the fields of construction and real estate development, helping clients realize their vision, i.e. provides services from finding a place (land plot, building) that meets the customer's needs, designing and obtaining a construction permit, organizing the construction of a new structure and registering it in the real estate register, including carrying out various orders of the customer (including, but not limited to):

The company provides various services in the fields of construction and real estate development, helping clients realize their vision, i.e. provides services from finding a place (land plot, building) that meets the customer's needs, designing and obtaining a construction permit, organizing the construction of a new structure and registering it in the real estate register, including carrying out various orders of the customer (including, but not limited to):
- Evaluation of indicators, location of land plots, coordination of procedures for preparation and approval of detailed plans, changing/merging or dividing/changing indicators of plots in all coordinating institutions;
- Determining the need for investments for the customer;
- Designers, architects, surveyors, surveyors, etc. selection of executors;
- Selection/tendering of the general contractor/contractor implementing the project, subcontractors by individually selecting project implementers;
- Gen. control of the quality and quantity of the works performed by the contractor/contractor, as well as the deadlines and sequence of the performed works, in the performance of the customer's functions;
- Mandatory construction technical maintenance of the project;
- Organization of construction completion according to STR requirements;
- Creation of a developed real estate sales strategy and sale of real estate assets.
