MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- administer documents and data related to the process of issuing airport permits (acceptance of applications, submission of data for good reputation checks, issuance of airport permits, etc.);
- administer the airport entry control system, registration/issuance of found/lost items and storage and write-off/destruction of passenger items;
- prepare the department's internal procedures, rules, methodologies and other documents, control their implementation;
- collect and analyze statistical information about the department's activities (checking of persons, passengers, baggage, throughput, etc.).
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- higher university education;
- at least 2 years work experience in the field of administration, document management or management (advantage – in the aviation sector);
- ability to analyze company documents, legal acts and apply them in practice, clerical knowledge;
- excellent organizational and work coordination skills, independence;
- clear and smooth communication, cooperation skills;
- English language skills;
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania.
