Your main responsibilities will be:
- Development of the company's long-term strategy and its implementation in order to develop and strengthen market positions
- Formation of a strong and motivated team of employees, promotion of cooperation and creativity
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's activities, increasing profits, reducing costs
- Monitoring of market trends, analysis of competitors' activities, identification of new business opportunities and competitive threats
Employee requirements:
- Higher Education
- Similar work experience, at least 5 years
- Excellent strategic, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team of different cultures and nations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly make decisions and resolve conflict situations
- Knowledge of English, Russian languages
- Category B driver's license
