Currently, LCKU is inviting a Chief Operating Officer to join its team in Kaunas.

Key features:
- Constant communication with company managers on all issues of daily operations;
- Maintenance, implementation, improvement and increasing the efficiency of the company's internal processes;
- Analysis of different company indicators, determination and monitoring of KPIs;
- Ensuring that the formulated strategy is implemented at the operations level;
- Effective solution of daily operations issues;
- Collaboration with the direct manager and consulting on important decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in the highest positions of the company (advantage – in the financial sector);
- Higher education (in economics, finance, management);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of company finance and credit risk, analysis of performance indicators;
- Experience in leading a team and creating tasks and KPIs;
- Ability to motivate, leadership and flexibility;
- Orientation towards the result, the ability to formulate an activity strategy to achieve it;
- Good problem solving skills, constructive thinking.
