- Organization of the work of the employee safety and health service, control of the internal condition;
- employee training, certifications, health checks, etc. organization;
- organization and coordination of occupational risk assessment company workplaces;
- investigation of accidents, incidents, occupational diseases, planning and implementation of preventive measures;
- Consult heads of departments and employees on the issues of work accidents, prevention of occupational diseases, improvement of working conditions and working environment;
- Instructions, procedures, etc. preparation and updating of documents;
- Execution of internal audits in the fields of OSH, GS;
- Company rules, procedures, etc. fulfillment of the requirements stipulated in the internal documents, the written and verbal instructions of the Company's general director and direct managers.
Employee requirements
- Employee safety and health specialist certificate;
- Fire safety and first aid certificates (advantage)
- Higher education (preferably engineering, technical)
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Work experience (not less than 1 year);
- Category B driver's license;
- Knowledge of the provisions of employee safety and health legislation;
- Activity, helpfulness, self-confidence;
- Communicability, ability to communicate effectively with employees of different levels.
