Nature of work
- Develop and improve the company's work safety culture;
- Ensure and control compliance with the requirements of OSH normative legal acts in the company;
- Provide information, suggestions to the company's management about the state of OSH and advise on preventive measures aimed at protecting employees from injuries and occupational diseases, and coordinate the implementation of such measures;
- Prepare and update OSH procedures, procedures, instructions and reports;
- Instruct new and existing employees;
- Organize training for employees on OSH issues;
- Investigate accidents, incidents;
- Perform regular audits, etc.
- Implementation of the basic requirements of environmental protection, civil safety and fire safety in the company.
Employee requirements
- Higher/advanced education;
- Employee safety and health specialist certificate;
- at least 1 year of similar work experience (in a manufacturing company - an advantage);
- Responsibility, communication and initiative;
- Good computer skills.
