Nature of work
TO THE WORK MANAGER:
Organization and management of internal engineering systems installation works.
HVAC VN (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, indoor plumbing and sewage) systems.
FOR THE FOREMAN:
Organization and management of internal engineering systems installation works.
HVAC VN (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, indoor plumbing and sewage) systems.
- organization of installation work in objects, distribution to workers, timely control of completion,
- work quality assurance and continuous control,
- planning, distribution and quality control of subcontractors' work at the facility,
- timely ordering and efficient use of the resources - materials, mechanisms - provided for the facilities,
- prompt solution of questions, problems, when communicating with customers and technical maintenance,
- preparation, coordination with the customer and signing of works acceptance - handover acts,
- ensure compliance with work safety and fire safety requirements in the facility.
FOR THE FOREMAN:
- planning the work of the assigned worker brigade, work distribution, performance control,
- ordering materials through the work manual,
- solving work issues.
Requirements
REQUIRED: experience of the works manager or executor in the installation of engineering systems and
Engineering education.
ADVANTAGE: Certificate of a special manager of special construction works of a structure,
Ability to work in a team and independently,
Belief in yourself when making decisions,
