As a core member of our Data Transformation Office, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

The Data Transformation Office is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to (a) understand relevant business objectives and processes; (b) move projects forward within an agile framework; (c) assist with analysis and data gathering; (d) maintain clear, succinct updates for discussion and reporting; and (e) form opinions on project status and direction.

The Scrum Master will facilitate and guide the work of a globally distributed tactical delivery team. They will ensure that the team adheres to agile values, practices, and rules, and will work to improve the team's performance through coaching and mentoring. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for removing impediments that obstruct the team's pursuit of its sprint goals.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily scrums, planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives
Ensure the team is fully functional and productive, enabling them to reach their goals
Encourage and support the team's self-organization and growth
Remove impediments that may obstruct the team's ability to achieve its goals
Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions
Maintain and report the team's progress and successes to ensure transparency
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence

• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to articulate objectives, processes and challenges concisely

Experience

• Experience facilitating and leading workshops focused on both understanding and solving complex problems
  
• Experiencing driving, implementing and sustaining change
  
• Experience in presenting information succinctly to senior leadership
  

Technical Knowledge

• Excellent MS Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  
• Proficient in Atlassian platforms (Confluence and JIRA)
  
• Competence with SharePoint/PowerApps preferred, but not required.
  
• Experience with Python preferred, but not required.
