Your responsibilities would be:
- participation in the preparation of the company's budget and its actual monitoring;
- procurement control according to the approved budget;
- actual fulfillment and monitoring of strategic indicators;
- verification of the information provided by department heads to the finance and accounting department;
- monitoring and analysis of project revenues and costs;
- advising project managers and/or department heads on financial issues related to ongoing projects;
- participation in the preparation of the company's strategic plan, annual report and other reports;
- participation in price policy formation;
- performance of other tasks of the director and head of the finance and accounting department.
What do we expect from you?
- higher university education (in the field of finance, economics);
- at least 3 years old. professional experience in the position of financial analyst, economist and/or financier;
- excellent MS Office program skills: Excell, Word, Power Point;
- SQL basics and experience working with data;
- receptivity to new programs;
- knowledge of the principles of management accounting, budgeting and economic analysis;
- good planning, communication and teamwork skills;
- ability to collect, systematize, analyze information and draw reasonable conclusions;
- Knowledge of the laws, resolutions and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania governing the accounting, financial management, planning and control of legal entities.
- work experience with business analysis and visualization tools (eg: Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense);
- experience in working with the business management and accounting system of Rivilė;
- ability to make independent tactical decisions.
