Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and initiative Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Urbihop and Artagonist art hotels. As the Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth functioning of all front office procedures. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to the front office team while upholding the standards of our hotels with the opportunity to prove your skills and career in future company projects.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk in two hotels (Urbihop and Artagonist Art hotels), including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, reservations, payments.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling, and performance evaluations for front office team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest service delivery.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely, following established protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and escalations, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation as needed.
- Coordinate group bookings and requests.
Requirements:
- Previous minimum 2 years experience in a front desk (customer service) role, preferably in a hotel.
- Availability to multitask and understand main strengths and weaknesses in different hotels (3-Star Urbihop and 4-star Artagonist Art hotels)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software, such as Protel, Opera or Fidelio.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including, weekends if needed.
- Fluent English and Russian are requested.
