Our client is a progressive manufacturing company that produces high-quality parquet floor coverings, exports its products to more than 20 countries and generates more than 11 million annual income, is looking for PRODUCTION MANAGER(S).
Nature of work:
- Implementation of production plans, planning and distribution of work volumes;
- Management of a team of production workers;
- Supervision of compliance and quality of technological processes, supervision of compliance with work safety rules;
- Analysis of the results of production activities, increasing efficiency, monitoring and improving performance indicators, preparation of reports;
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products in accordance with established requirements and standards;
- Production budget planning and implementation.
Requirements:
- Higher university education;
- At least 5 years of managerial work experience in the field of production;
- Technical, engineering knowledge is an advantage;
- Knowledge of production processes, work safety norms and rules and their application in practice;
- Knowledge of the LEAN quality system;
- Ability to effectively organize team work and manage production processes and changes;
- Excellent communication, activity and time planning skills, desire to improve;
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
