- Organization of work in the kitchen, organization of team work ensuring the provision of adequate food service;
- Team selection, training of newcomers at the workplace, continuous education;
- Menu creation;
- Ensuring a smooth process during daytime lunches, including the necessary assortment of the bar, cleanliness, order;
- Organization and control of the work of subordinate employees;
- Maintenance and optimization of the technological process;
- Planning, ordering, control and balance management of required raw materials;
- Continuous control of compliance with food safety and hygiene rules;
- Communication with customers.
Employee requirements
- Education of a cook or production technologist;
- At least 3 years. similar work experience in food production;
- Strong team management and time planning skills;
- Communicability and assurance when communicating with clients.
