We are looking for a Global Mobility Delivery Specialist to join our team and support our employees who are moving between around 20 different countries for work (especially movements to and from Nordic and Baltic countries).
What you will be doing
You will be a specialist within SEB Global Mobility area which is responsible for employees transferred to work at any of SEB's offices abroad. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that existing employee relocation processes are executed with high-quality standards, optimize the procedures, and ensure compliance with immigration and tax regulations. To provide support to employees and their families throughout the relocation process. You will work in an international environment in close cooperation with other teams of SEB in Vilnius and other SEB sites worldwide. Together with the teams you will continuously contribute to operational process improvement activities.

What you will be doing

Together with the teams you will continuously contribute to operational process improvement activities.
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and administrating all aspects of global mobility programs, such as assignment documents preparation.
- Providing guidance and advice to employees and managers on global mobility policies and procedures, as well as country-specific requirements and best practices.
- Coordinating and facilitating cooperation and communication with stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliance and smooth delivery of global mobility services.
- Advising managers on transfer/relocation costs and general taxation and immigration law principles applicable to their employees
- Monitoring and tracking the status of global mobility cases and resolving any issues or escalations that may arise.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports on global mobility data and metrics.
- Suggesting and contributing to global mobility process improvement.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
- Previous experience working with Global mobility or immigration/relocation processes in Human Resources, Payroll
- Knowledge of global employment laws, immigration regulations and tax considerations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Proficient organizational abilities, coupled with the skill to manage and prioritize diverse tasks effectively in a dynamic work setting.
- Experience with Agile methods would be an advantage.
- Outgoing & positive team player
- Excellent in speaking and writing in English.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1600 - 2500 EUR before tax deduction. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
