Nature of work
What activities await you?
- organize and coordinate the work of subordinate personnel;
- perform nuclear fuel accounting and control (ensure that nuclear fuel is stored in accordance with established requirements);
- organize and control the centralized accounting of ionizing radiation sources of NPP;
- prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the use and storage of nuclear fuel;
- participate in the work of commissions, investigating the causes of violations in the handling of used and unused nuclear fuel, preparing measures to prevent their violations, etc.

Your advantages would be:
- you have obtained a higher education in the field of physical, life, engineering or technological sciences;
- has at least 2 years of practical work experience in the field of handling or accounting for fissile nuclear materials or sources of ionizing radiation;
- know the principles of nuclear safety and nuclear security;
- you are fluent in Lithuanian and speak English well (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
- IT technologies are required for excellent intelligent work;
- you are flexible, result-oriented, proactive and able to analyze data;
- is characterized by organization, teamwork and cooperation;
- there are no circumstances limiting the employment relationship, provided for in Article 50 of the Law on Nuclear Energy of the Republic of Lithuania. (personal data is checked after selection, before concluding an employment contract).
Your advantages would be:
- has the right to enter the protection zones of nuclear energy facilities and/or the site of a nuclear energy facility without escort;
- you know how to work with ENMAS (a program used by EURATOM to submit reports), and you are able to submit reports to EURATOM (European Atomic Energy Community) and VATESI (State Atomic Energy Safety Inspectorate).

- personal and professional balance: flexible work schedule, possibility of remote work (50/50), flexible working conditions - the main workplace is at VĮ IAE Visaginas or Vilnius office on Mėnulio st. 11. When the work needs to be carried out in Visaginas, the head office of the JV IAE, then we pay the travel and accommodation expenses;
- salary from 2,600 to 3,200 EUR (gross). The final reward will depend on your knowledge, experience and ability to understand the specifics of the job.
