We're on the hunt for a dynamic leader to head up our IT department! This role involves overseeing all IT operations, from strategy development to policy implementation, to keep our tech running smoothly. The perfect fit will bring a solid tech background, top-notch leadership skills, and a track record of innovation and achievement.

• 3+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success;
  
• Background in the manufacturing or e-commerce industry;
  
• Strong technical expertise in infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies;
  
• Experience working with Business Central 365 system implementation and maintenance;
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals;
  
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions;
  
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy;
  
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading large-scale IT projects from conception to implementation.
  

This position is office-based.
