Nature of work
Your main tasks:
- administer contracts for goods and services;
- plan the need for material values, deliver, distribute and issue material values;
- prepare purchase documents for material assets and prepare asset management documents;
- make low-value purchases;
- participate in the inventory;
- look after and protect material values;
- organize services related to material values;
- manage the assigned property data in the property management module;
Employee requirements
We expect you to:
- Has at least a higher education, acquired before 2009, or special secondary education, acquired before 1995;
- You speak and write correctly in Lithuanian;
- Able to convey information clearly and fluently orally and in writing;
- Learn to work with a computer using Microsoft Office or LibreOffice software package;
- Has experience with purchases, administration;
- You are not afraid of challenges and dynamic work environment, stressful and/or conflict situations;
- To comply with the requirements established by legal acts, which are necessary when issuing a work permit or access to classified information, the secrecy mark "Restricted use" is marked;
