We are looking for a colleague who would be responsible for proper coordination and control of the company's business security processes:
- perform periodic (at least once every 3 months) audits of security processes in remote company departments, identify gaps and provide suggestions for process improvement;
- systematically evaluate the technical and organizational protection and control measures applied in the company and their compliance with the security objectives;
- coordinate the installation of necessary security equipment (CCTV, security system, fire safety system, safe, deactivators, security gates, etc.) when renovating or opening new remote company units;
- coordinated investigation of internal or external security incidents and illegal activities that occurred in remote company units;
- perform loss analysis, draw up risk management action plans;
- cooperate with competent institutions investigating security incidents, illegal acts, if necessary - participate in court;
- supervision and control of hired security companies;
- periodically (at least once a month) organize trainings on security processes, prepare training materials, inform the company's employees about current security-related changes;
- prepare, update and ensure compliance of all safety-related documentation with laws and internal requirements of the Group, submit reports to the Group.
In this position, it is important for us:
- higher university or equivalent education;
- at least 1 year of professional work experience in the field of business safety assurance;
- knowledge of the principles of safety assurance, the principles of operation of video surveillance systems, the requirements of legal acts and standards;
- excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey ideas in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
- knowledge of English at B1 level;
- strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and business reputation.
