Nature of work
- systematic organization and execution of the sales process of the products manufactured by the company, according to individual customer orders;
- preparation of contracts, control of settlements;
- implementation of received orders in cooperation with the laboratory and production department;
- maintaining relations with existing clients and searching for new clients;
- participation in the development of the assortment (products, design) together with the team;
- participation in exhibitions and other events, representing the company's production according to individual orders;
- achievement of sales goals;
- preparation of promotions and tastings for potential customers.
Employee requirements
- work experience in the field of sales (experience in the food industry would be an advantage);
- excellent negotiation skills;
- fluent Lithuanian language and coherent presentation of ideas;
- orientation to the result and strategic thinking;
- good computer and data analysis skills;
- motivation, activity and self-control.
- possibility to go on business trips (driver's license required).

The salary consists of the main part of DU and a percentage of the turnover of the sold production. Salary is discussed during the interview.
