Nature of work
- Ensuring the provision of the hospital with various materials, stationery, household - economic goods, supplies, devices and low-value services;
- Coordinating the fulfillment of the obligations stipulated in the contracts, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines, compliance of goods and services with the quality and other requirements stipulated in the purchase contracts;
- Checking invoices for purchased goods and services, ensuring compliance of the data contained in them with the terms of contracts and purchase documents, entering them into the document management system;
- Market analysis of required goods and materials, search for potential suppliers;
- Performing the functions of public procurement initiator and organizer and preparing the annual public procurement plan project;
- Administration and systematization of requests for needs provided by departments/units of the hospital, organization of supply;
- Preparation of various letters and reports related to the performance of assigned functions.
