Our client, a company that has been successfully providing engineering systems design and installation services for buildings for 30 years, is currently looking for an ENGINEER (S) - EXPERT (S) in Kaunas.
Nature of work:
- Preparation of estimates for the construction and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and sewage systems, SISTELA program;
- Calculation and preparation of work estimates for parts of HVAC and HV systems for tenders;
- Communication with material suppliers and subcontractors;
- Analysis of design and technical documentation, search for the most economically useful solutions;
- Analysis of the price level of materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- Higher/higher engineering education;
- Engineer - estimator work experience - from 2 years;
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, sewage systems;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Knowledge of the estimation program (SISTELA - an advantage);
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Responsibility, diligence, attentiveness.
