We will ask you:
- Compile and analyze construction works (general construction and special works) estimates;
- Prepare acts of construction objects;
- Plan and control costs and revenues of construction objects;
- Communicate (written and verbal) with subcontractors.
Employee requirements:
- At least 1 year of similar work (estimate preparation) experience;
- Education in the field of construction engineering;
- Good computer skills (calculation programs Sistela or Astera, MS Excel, MS Word);
- Knowledge of clerical requirements;
- Knowledge of construction processes;
- Communication, thoroughness, attentiveness, desire to improve.
Advantages:
