Nature of work
- Analysis of business needs, preparation of requirements for system development, and their coordination with the project development team and the customer.
- Formulation of tasks with detailed descriptions for programmers, and their refinement in the process.
- Preparation of specifications and instructions for IT solutions.
- Identification of existing and future risks in the course of work and their smooth management, ensuring prevention.
- Regular communication with the customer and presentation of the statuses of ongoing works.
- In-depth knowledge of existing IT systems and the role of the host in their development.
- Transferring information about system changes to testing and maintenance (Helpdesk) teams and advising them.
Employee requirements
- Successful experience of analytical work in the field of IT (3+ years).
- Ability to understand the client's needs and achieve the highest result in their implementation.
- Ability to communicate in IT and business languages.
- Good Lithuanian and English. knowledge.
- Obtained higher education (in the field of IT/exact sciences).
- Analytical and logical thinking, ability to systematize large amounts of data and structure information.
- Initiative and openness to change.
