Nature of work
- Coordination of the main risks assigned to the department and other functions:
Market risk assessment and management, including interest rate and GDP risk management;
Analysis and monitoring (monitoring) of the performance of credit unions in order to ensure financial stability;
Concentration risk assessment and management;
Preparation of procedures and other processes related to liquidity risk.
- Development and integration of supervised risks into the organization's activities, through the development and administration of risk management policies, procedures and related processes
- Organizing the work of the department team, training and motivating employees
- Cooperation with heads of departments and divisions and the director of the department in order to identify important operational risks and participate in the development of supervised risk mitigation plans, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of their implementation
Requirements
- Higher education in finance, economics or similar field
- At least 3 years of successful managerial and/or work experience related to the specified functions
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations
- Ability to organize team activities, employee motivation and training skills
- Excellent planning, organizing, communication skills and ability to work in a team
