- You will be responsible for quality customer service, clarifying their needs, analyzing and evaluating the information or documents provided
- You will create and develop long-term relationships with the company's existing B2B customers
- I will maintain and administer internal systems, website, e-mail. store, social networks
- I worked closely with other team members in selling services/products
- Looking for new advertising methods and channels for the development of company awareness and communication campaigns
- Other work related to the company's customer service, administration, advertising
Employee requirements
We hope that you not only love music, but also:
- You communicate and communicate well. You can easily establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English and are able to present your thoughts in a reasoned way, both in writing and orally
- You are organized, you absorb information quickly, you have a great desire to improve, learn and achieve the set goal
- Has a higher/higher education in marketing, business, communication or similar fields
- Has good computer skills
- Your greatest values are professionalism, initiative and teamwork
- Has experience in customer service and/or marketing (in a B2B company would be considered an advantage)
- We will greatly appreciate it if you know about sound systems and learn more languages
